What is a Clear Epoxy Sealer?
A clear epoxy sealer is a high-performance, transparent epoxy resin coating designed to protect concrete and other porous substrates. Applied as a topcoat or standalone sealer, it forms a hard, chemical-resistant surface that enhances durability while preventing dusting and wear.
Commonly referred to as a clear penetrating epoxy sealer, it soaks into the concrete substrate, strengthening the surface while leaving a subtle, glossy finish. Whether it’s described as a clear epoxy concrete sealer, a clear epoxy floor sealer, or a clear epoxy resin sealer, all variants offer the same essential benefits: surface protection, easy maintenance, and a longer lifespan for industrial flooring systems.
Our clear resin sealer is formulated for light to medium industrial environments where durability and cleanliness are critical, but heavy-duty chemical resistance isn’t a primary concern.

The lifespan of a clear epoxy sealer depends on the environment and traffic conditions. In low to medium-duty settings, a properly applied clear epoxy concrete floor sealer can last 3-5 years before reapplication is necessary. Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend its service life.
Clear epoxy offers a moisture-resistant surface, but it is not fully waterproof. It prevents light spills and damp penetration; however, for areas with continuous water exposure, a dedicated waterproofing system should be used alongside or instead of a standard clear epoxy concrete sealer.
