About pump applied floor systems

At Industrial Resin Flooring, we specialise in pump applied floor systems that utilise polymer screed technology. Additionally, these systems come in two main categories: underlayment and toppings.

The underlayment actively levels out uneven floors and repairs damaged areas. As a result, it offers a flexible thickness range from 5mm to 50mm. It’s also useful for smoothing undulating floors and concrete with a tamped finish. Alternatively, industrial toppings provide a hard-wearing, smooth surface, laid at an average of 7mm.

Specialised pump applied floor systems

Our pump applied floor systems are not only robust but also extremely versatile. Moreover, the underlayment can be installed up to 1500 metres per day and is also suitable for foot traffic just 4 hours post-installation (at 20oC). Additionally, in areas with light foot traffic, it can even serve as a finished floor.

Furthermore, industrial toppings, when used with a water-based coating system, eliminate the need for a Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) under the concrete as the total system is vapour permeable. As a result, this can lead to significant cost savings on refurbishment projects.
