Durable, cost-effective coatings for industrial and commercial use. One of the most popular epoxy flooring options we offer.
Self-Levelling Epoxy
Smooth, seamless surfaces are ideal for showrooms, cleanrooms, and labs.
Anti Static Epoxy / ESD / Static Dissipative
For environments where electrostatic discharge control is crucial.
Epoxy Mortar
Thicker flooring option, which allows for a high-strength system for heavy wear areas.
Epoxy Decorative Broadcast
Visually appealing, with coloured flakes or aggregates.
Vinylester
A premium option for maximum chemical resistance in the most corrosive industrial settings.
Clear Epoxy Sealers
Protective coatings for sealing concrete and enhancing durability.
Epoxy Flake System

Skydrol-Resistant Coating
Skydrol-resistant coatings are advanced epoxy-based resin systems designed to resist chemical damage from Skydrol.
Not sure which industrial resin flooring is right for you?
What is Epoxy Flooring?
Epoxy flooring is a high-performance surface solution formed by applying multiple layers of Epoxy resin onto a concrete substrate. The result is a seamless, hard-wearing Epoxy resin floor that offers superior chemical resistance, impact strength, and ease of maintenance.
Epoxy floors are created by mixing a two-component system consisting of resin and hardener. Once cured, the material bonds tightly to the underlying concrete, forming a non-porous surface that withstands harsh industrial environments.
Industrial Epoxy flooring is a preferred choice in facilities where hygiene, safety, and durability are critical. Whether you require an anti-slip finish, electrostatic control, or aesthetic appeal, there is an Epoxy floor coating to meet your operational needs.
Key Features of Epoxy Resin Flooring
- Chemical Resistance: Ideal for areas exposed to aggressive chemicals, oils, and cleaning agents.
- Durability: High compressive strength and abrasion resistance for heavy-duty use.
- Seamless Finish: Smooth, joint-free surface for easy cleaning and hygiene control.
- Customisable: Available in various colours, textures, and decorative options.
- Anti-Static and ESD Options: Suitable for electronics and sensitive environments.
- Slip Resistance: Configurable surface profiles for improved underfoot safety.
- Fast Cure Times: Reduced downtime and quicker return to service.

I have questions…
Costs can vary depending on the system type, thickness, and area size. As a guideline, basic Epoxy floor coatings may start from ÂŁ20-ÂŁ30 per square metre, with more specialised systems such as self-levelling or anti-static Epoxy flooring ranging upwards of ÂŁ50-ÂŁ100+ per square metre. For accurate pricing, we recommend a site survey and consultation.
In their standard high-gloss form, Epoxy floors can be slippery when wet. However, we offer slip-resistant options by incorporating aggregates or textured finishes to meet specific safety requirements, especially in wet or high-traffic zones.
Epoxy resin flooring is superior in industrial settings due to its durability, chemical resistance, and seamless application. Vinyl may be suitable for light-duty or decorative use, but it lacks the resilience and hygiene benefits of an Epoxy resin floor in demanding environments.
A professionally installed industrial Epoxy floor can last anywhere from 10 to 20 years, depending on the level of traffic, maintenance, and exposure to chemicals or mechanical wear. With proper care, these systems can deliver long-term performance and cost efficiency.
