What is Epoxy Decorative Broadcast Flooring?
Epoxy decorative broadcast flooring is a monolithic resin system designed to deliver both form and function. The process involves applying an epoxy base coat, broadcasting decorative aggregates (typically coloured quartz or flakes) across the full surface, then sealing with a clear epoxy or polyurethane coat. This full broadcast epoxy floor technique results in a textured, decorative finish with excellent slip resistance and durability.
Ideal for environments where safety, hygiene, and aesthetics matter equally, this system is often finished with a light sand broadcast to enhance grip before sealing. Once cured and swept, an additional sealant locks in the surface, providing a high-performance decorative epoxy flooring solution.

I have questions…
Medium broadcast involves partial coverage of decorative aggregate, allowing some base coat visibility, while full broadcast epoxy floor means the aggregate completely covers the base, producing a thicker, more textured, and more slip-resistant surface. Full broadcast systems also offer increased durability and a more consistent aesthetic.
Yes, it can often be installed over existing concrete or tiles, provided the substrate is properly prepared and structurally sound.
With proper maintenance, epoxy decorative broadcast systems can last 10 to 15 years in industrial environments.
Yes. When installed to the recommended thickness and with appropriate sealants, the system can withstand heavy mechanical loads and frequent traffic.
A range of aggregate colours and blends is available to suit aesthetic or functional zoning needs.
